Q: What is Technical Analysis?

A: We specialize in the study of charts which is also known as Technical Analysis. Technical Analysis is the study of price and chart patterns to forecast future movements. This is sort of like predicting the weather. If you see the clouds coming in, and the wind is humid and cold, you might predict that there is a good change of rain in the coming days. The clouds, wind, humidity and cold temperature are all indicators that suggest that the probability of rain is quite high. Similarly, through the study of price and chart patterns, there are indicators that will help us predict future price movements of the markets.

Q: Are you an online broker?

A: We are not an online broker. We do not manage or recommend securities. We are an Online Investment Education Company. Our only goal is to help students to become successful traders.

Q: Are there any prerequisites for taking your courses?

A: Since all of our courses are taught through Online Streaming Video, the only prerequisite is that students must have a computer with a High-Speed internet connection. Students are not required to have any prior knowledge of trading. We do recommend that students take our courses in sequence, as each course builds on prior knowledge from the previous course. Our courses are designed to introduce novice students to trading, and to educate students to trade like a professional.

Q: What form of payment methods do you accept?

A: Students may pay their tuition securely online with a credit card via PayPal. Paypal processes all of our credit card transactions, and uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available) to ensure that your financial information is safeguarded. Students may also pay their tuition with cheque or money order.

Q: I just paid my tuition, why is my course inactive?

A: Thank you for tuition payment. Congratulation on your decision to participate! If your tuition payment was made through Credit Card (PayPal), please allow up to 24 hours for your course to become active. If tuition was paid by cheque, your course will be active once tuition has been cleared. Students will receive an email notification when their course has been successfully processed.
